We do not merely know that from the myriad anecdotal stories about the adhan (call to prayer) being blasted from minarets at obnoxiously early times in cities like Minneapolis and Brooklyn.

   This makes Iran a threat entirely apart from its nuclear or missile programs. And by allowing mass migration, European nations enabled the threat.

That’s why more people get arrested in Britain than in Russia for having opinions.  It’s also why Mohamed is the most popular name in the country.  And when Pakis started raping thousands of little girls, it’s the reason police swept the accusations under the rug.  Simply put, Brits wanted to defend everything but Britishness — and that’s why the United Arab Emirates won’t send any students to college in England.  The UAE took one look at the radical Islamists in Oxford and decided that Oxford was too much like Mohamed to let the Islamic students back into Arabia.

Democrats Block DHS Funding Despite Airport Delays, Rising Iranian Threat Despite Democrat claims that Senate Republicans are the cause of the funding lapse, Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) noted that his caucus has repeatedly attempted to fund the agency temporarily through short-term continuing resolutions, which Democrats blocked. Concerningly, the deadlock has left DHS unfunded, impacting agencies such as TSA, where security agents are working without pay.

Democrats Head Into Elections Pushing $1.5 Trillion Tax Increase  The Democratic Party is heading into the 2026 midterm elections and 2028 presidential elections pushing legislation that would increase federal income tax rates to levels not seen since before Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Zohran Mamdani were even born.
   The politicians are billing some of the legislation as a tax "cut" on the basis of promises to redistribute the revenue from their tax increases. Some of the press is even falling for that spin.

NY’s $124B Medicaid spending is blatantly full of waste and fraud  New York’s gargantuan health program is far too fat not to be a prime target for scammers: The state provides free health coverage to well over a third of its population (the national average is closer to a fifth), and powerful special interests — unions as well as the hospital industry and “social service”-based political machines — scream at the mere suggestion that a dime of it is wasted or stolen.
   Hochul will mention “bad actors in the Medicaid program,” but her actions to identify and prevent fraud are pretty murky

There is now one white collar job that AI can do as well or in some ways (certainly in terms of speed) better than a human, and that's coding. We should start seeing the acceleration that comes from that as the year progresses.

While the epic losses won't all come at once, Honda says it expects to lose between $2 billion and $3.5 billion in the current fiscal year, ending this month. According to Financial Times, that's Honda’s first-ever annual recorded loss since going public 50 years ago.
