Bali Bombings Kill at Least 19

JAKARTA, Indonesia, Oct. 1 -- Bomb blasts ripped through two locations on the tourist island of Bali on Saturday night, killing at least 19 people and wounding many more, including foreigners.

One explosion rocked a row of popular seafood eateries arrayed along the sand of Jimbaran beach at the height of the dinner rush.
