Pro-Lifers Rally, March on 'Roe' Anniversary Weekend

Pro-life groups, including Protestant and Catholic organizations, will be reminding the nation of their affirmation of life in marches across the country this weekend and Monday with the anniversary of the 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision that nationalized abortion falling on Sunday.
One of the larger events Monday will be the March for Life in Washington, D.C. Nellie Gray, President of the March for Life, has organized the event every year since 1973.
"We pledge support to stop this home-grown terrorism of persons and public and private officials participating in the intentional killing of an estimated 4,000 pre-born humans each day,” Gray said on Saturday in a statement, adding that President Bush has been invited to attend. On Friday, the President issued a statement declaring June 22, National Sanctity of Human Life Day.
