As noted in the report, "Bishops Bennison, Bruno, Hollingsworth, Howard, Persell, Sauls, and Wolfe were appointed to the Task Force by the Presiding Bishop. Bishops Andrus, Duncan, Mathes, and Smith have volunteered their assistance."
