ROCHESTER: Diocese announces five nominees for eighth bishop

[Episcopal News Service] The Standing Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester November 19 announced a slate of five nominees for the election of the eighth bishop of Rochester. The new bishop will succeed the Rt. Rev. Jack M. McKelvey who is set to retire in April 2008 after eight years as Rochester's diocesan. here
