Episcopal bishop calls for ‘new settlement’

CHARLESTON, S.C. — “I am my old uninhibited self.”
Those words evoked laughter from the audience gathered at Charleston’s Cathedral of St. Luke and St. Paul for the third annual Mere Anglicanism conference.
They came from Robert Duncan, the Diocese of Pittsburgh’s nearly deposed (inhibited) Episcopal bishop.
