Anglican church: Congregation in Metchosin latest to leave fold

VICTORIA -- Parishioners from a Vancouver Island Anglican church have become the latest Canadian congregation to separate from the national body, primarily over the issue of same-sex marriage.
In a weekend vote, 86 per cent of parishioners at St. Mary the Incarnation Anglican Church voted to split from the Anglican Church of Canada over the national church embracing same-sex blessings.
