Judge rules against lesbian teen in prom flap

ABERDEEN, Miss. (AP) - A federal judge says he won't force a Mississippi school district to hold a prom canceled after a lesbian student asked to bring her girlfriend.

The American Civil Liberties Union sued in U.S. District Court to force the Itawamba County school district to sponsor the prom and allow Constance McMillen to escort her girlfriend and wear a tuxedo. the rest
