The Alliance Defense Fund is back in court defending a group of New Jersey nurses who are being "bullied into employment discrimination."

In September, ADF filed suit against the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) on behalf of a dozen nurses who were told to undergo training and assist with abortions.
