Scary Hate Speech Law In Michigan Would See Prison Time For Misgendering...if someone else then claims they "feel threatened" by the words. It's exactly what the U.S. Supreme Court said just this week the state cannot do.  "The state of Michigan is now explicitly allowing the gender delusion issue to be used as a 'protected class.' This opens up numerous issues when it comes to the courts and the continued weaponization of the system against conservatives. We saw similar concerns when they wanted to pass blocks on 'conversion' therapy. It seems Dems want to be in the business oftelling people how to think."

I can think of no other Republican -- besides Trump -- who had the political skills, force of personality, and backbone to pull this off.

When anyone claims any other Republican president could do this or do this better, they clearly do not understand how the process actually works. And they would have clearly failed.
