U.K. Poll: Bible Viewed as ‘Hate Speech,’ Young Adults Open to Banning It   A recent poll conducted by Whitestone Insights asked 2,088 U.K. adults if they agreed with this statement: “Unless the offending parts can be edited out, books containing what some perceive as hate speech should be banned from general sale, including if necessary religious texts such as the Bible.” The results showed a substantial amount of Brits agreed with the statement above, with 18 to 34-year-olds making up 23% of those who agreed and 35 to 54-year-olds making up 17%. These statistics reflect what we already see in the U.K.

Street preachers preaching the Bible and pro-life advocates silently praying have been arrested. Päivi Räsänen, former Minister of the Interior, was acquitted of hate speech charges for posting a Bible verse on X. Hate crimes against Christians have increased throughout Europe, and persecution remains widespread in other parts of the world. So, an uptick in the Bible being classified as “hate speech,” to the point of people being open to banning it, only follows suit. But the larger issue are the Christians folding under the pressure of these claims.

UK: I was sacked as a school chaplain for my Christian beliefs  To suggest that delivering a Christian sermon in a Christian school qualifies as ‘ill-treatment’ is quite a stretch. Surely this is precisely what should be expected in such a school. Besides, having your thoughts challenged for 10 minutes is hardly likely to have ‘severe and persistent adverse effects’ on anyone. As the European Court of Human Rights ruled in Handyside vs the United Kingdom in 1976, having our thoughts challenged, even in offensive, shocking or disturbing ways, is a necessary part of a democratic society and a ‘basic condition… for the development of every man’. In short, being challenged by a sermon, or indeed by any speech, is good for us.

The claim that I have caused significant upset rests on one anonymous email from one pupil. That my career can be ended on the basis of a single teenager’s disagreement with my beliefs seems very wrong, no matter how sincere that disagreement may be. After all, children can be upset by all sorts of things – by disappointing marks or by not being picked for a sports team. Claiming to be upset should not give anyone the authority to silence or punish others.

An Ireland so inclusive the Irish aren’t welcome 

However, one of the most bizarre stories to emerge out of the chaos was the news that a graffiti tag reading “Irish Lives Matter” is being treated as a “hate incident” by authorities in west Belfast.

 According to the BBC, the message accompanied signage erected in the city stating that the community “will no longer accept the re-housing of illegal immigrants”. Police have asked anyone with information about the origins of either message to come forward. Even as the words “Irish Lives Matter” are deemed hateful, Irish authorities have greeted with yawns a Limerick councillor’s call for rioters to be “shot in the head”. The councillor behind the remarks, Azad Talukder, is a naturalised Irish citizen originally from Muslim-majority Bangladesh.

UN and Hamas: Partners in Crime 

It is also likely that the UN, with its 13,000 employees in Gaza, knew, as did the nurses and doctors at Al-Shifa Hospital, that Israeli hostages were being held at Al-Shifa. Israel recently revealed that Hamas terrorists brought hostages there in broad daylight on October 7, with healthcare staff even holding doors open for the terrorists.

The UN's pretend show of "shock and horror" that Israel is eliminating its Hamas partner in Gaza is too transparent for anyone to take seriously, although the international mainstream media certainly does, parroting whatever Hamas and the UN allege as facts.

Above all, the UN's transparent complicity with Hamas should convince the US, finally, that much of the UN is a destructive organization that prolongs wars, and needs immediately to have its funding decimated, and be reduced in importance to the corrupt relic that it is, deserving no place in this century.

Columbia University Students Announce Event Celebrating Hamas's Oct. 7 Attack  A student group at Columbia University will host an event on the "significance of the Oct. 7 Palestinian counteroffensive" in the latest instance of college students endorsing Hamas's violent attacks.

"We will discuss the significance of the Palestinian counteroffensive on Oct. 7 and the centrality of revolutionary violence to anti-imperialism," Columbia Social Workers 4 Palestine advertised Sunday on X, formerly Twitter. "See y’all there!"

US Taxpayers Funding Pro-Hamas Nazi Groups 

The governmental authorities at the federal, state, and local levels should put a stop to all support given to Islamic organizations until they may be properly investigated for possible ties to Hamas, Al Qaeda, and other terrorist groups. It is a scandal that just since 2007, $67 million in American taxpayer funds have gone to terror-linked Islamic groups. Taxpayers have a right to know what their money is going to, and especially if it is spent on groups that support terrorism. They have a right to demand an end to awarding grants to Muslim groups that are in any way linked to such enemies of Israel and the West as such terror groups asHamas, Hezbollah, and the PFLP. On October 7, that American money tap ought to have been turned off. It wasn’t then. So let it be done now.

Muslim Lives Matter. Jewish Lives Don’t. 

A Muslim can kill a Jewish man in broad daylight and the media will try to minimize it. Leftists and Muslims can attack a Holocaust museum on the anniversary of one of the most infamous dates in the Holocaust, and politicians and the media will call it a “both sides” problem. And a Leftist calling for the murder of Jews and ‘free Palestine” can invade a Jewish family’s home and it will strictly be a local crime story. But when there is any incident involving Muslims, it automatically becomes front page news regardless of how little evidence there is to it.

Anything that bolsters the ‘Islamophobia’ narrative and the claim that Muslims are the victims is always in demand.

The Federal Government Paid Media Outlets to Promote the Covid Vaccine  The deterioration of journalistic standards during the vaccine rollout beginning in 2021, however, was particularly disorienting. The Washington Post, NBC, and the New York Times should have held the Biden administration’s feet to the fire for promoting experimental vaccines in all Americans irrespective of risk and continued revelations regarding concerning side effects.

They miserably failed to do so.

The last standing bulwark against government propaganda and censorship is crumbling before our eyes, losing relevance by the month. Perhaps a solution for media institutions to earn back credibility is to critically cover federal agencies misinforming the public rather than take funds to promote their agendas.

House Report Sheds Light On FBI Targeting Of Catholics, Pro-Lifers  The FBI reportedly “abused its counterterrorism tools” to go after Catholics and pro-lifers “as potential domestic terrorists,” according to a new report from the House Weaponization Subcommittee released Monday.

In February, the FBI retracted an internal memorandum from the Richmond field office, which described traditionalist Roman Catholics as “radical” and claimed they espoused “anti-Semitic, anti-immigrant, anti-LGBTQ and white supremacist ideology,” after facing immense backlash. The House Weaponization subcommittee conducted an investigation into the memo’s origins and found that the agency had “singled out” Americans with Catholic and pro-life beliefs, according to the documents first reported by Fox Digital.

Masking Kids Had Zero ‘Real World Effectiveness’ Says British Medical Journal.   “The current body of scientific data does not support masking children for protection against COVID-19,” added the researchers, who similarly suggested that there was no association between voluntary mask-wearing among adults and “lower odds of COVID-19 in the school…”

“Perpetual masking in early childhood is without historical precedent,” they continued before enumerating the tangible risks of wearing masks, including “affected speech, language and emotional development, and physical discomfort contributing to reduced time and intensity of exercise and learning activities…”
