“He has done all things well..."

And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well. He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak.” -Mark 7:37

Let us remember it, as we look back over the past days of our lives, from the hour of our conversion. “Our Lord has done all things well!” In the first bringing us out of darkness into His marvelous light,—in humbling us and teaching us our weakness, guilt, and folly,—in stripping us of our idols, and choosing all our portions,—in placing us where we are, and giving us what we have—how well everything has been done! How great the mercy—that we have not had our own way!  -J.C. Ryle

Welcome to "The New Monroe Doctrine," where I give you an update on what's going on in the Western Hemisphere, south of our border, especially as it relates to the United States.

Elon Musk offers to pay TSA workers' salaries amid DHS budget standoff  The DHS shutdown has left TSA agents working without pay, triggering staffing shortages and long airport lines nationwide, while raising concerns about the ability to prevent attacks.
Republicans have pushed to fund DHS, while Democrats have sought standalone funding for agencies like TSA that would exclude immigration operations.

The Political Left, Multiculturalism and the Dark Alliance With Islam  One problem the Muslims wrestled with was the need for foreign alliances and western “advocates” to make immigration and the integration of Islam into target countries more “official”. Twenty-five years ago, this was considered all but impossible in the US and in Europe.  However, since around 2014, the Sharia fundamentalists found a willing and ready ally in the new “woke” left.

Inside The Queering Of America’s Oldest Catholic University  One student alleged the university’s Catholic Ministry has been “totally taken over by the LGBTQ agenda.”
The invitation to the “Queer Interfaith Discussion Group,” which says snacks will be provided, joins other invitations on the Catholic Ministry Instagram page for activities ranging from an “evening prayer for immigrants in the United States” to their “7th Annual Mass of Belonging.”

More people going into vocational programs, more manufacturing jobs, and more understanding that skills are what matter, not whether you know why the author made the curtains blue in a room described in some obscure 20th-century novel.
Educate our new adults in things that matter, that will benefit them directly, and then open the door for the other stuff if they’re interested. At least then they won’t be starving artists.

Education is being perverted into a vehicle for the new barbarism   But how can wisdom even be discussed when there are university courses in literary theory which claim that when Christina Rossetti wrote a poem about the sea, she was really writing about feminism and racism, or that the racist and sexist Shakespeare is best studied (if you must!) in Romanian because his English language gets in the way of understanding him?

But here’s what I’ve learned over the years: Our love for knowledge and critical analysis can lead us to confuse spiritual transformation with knowledge accumulation. We may assume that because we know all the right answers, we’re being shaped by them.
Ironically, the skill we’ve developed to spot false gospels everywhere else can make it difficult to see the ones we’ve allowed to take root in our hearts.

“Not every consensus of the past is worth clinging to, of course. But as a society, we are making an enormously risky bet: that we can reap the rewards of a runaway gambling industry without paying any price; that the litany of social ills long associated with this vice—addiction and impoverishment, isolation and abuse, cheating and chasing and corrosive idleness—can, this time, be kept in check; that, unlike every civilization that came before us, we can beat the house.”

Like the introduction of a computer virus, mRNA sequences contain instructions which instigate rogue actions within the cell. The regular beating of our heart cells upon which our life depends, the pulse of life, can be mixed up by a genetically active mRNA sequence, whose effect is genomic dysregulation.
Having read this summary of what we know and what we have known or suspected about mRNA injections for several years, one must conclude how fundamentally wrong it is to continue to recommend mRNA covid vaccines as ‘safe and effective’ for the public.

So, the forever maskers now admit that cloth or surgical masks do not stop airborne viruses. They admit that surgeons do not wear masks to stop respiratory viruses, and that wearing lower-grade masks, the exact type worn by the vast majority of the world for years on end to stop COVID, could not have possibly stopped COVID. Incredible. All the masking we did was never going to work, because surgical masks don't work. According to people pushing for permanent masking.
