   A one-mile radius of the neighborhood boasts 77 Social Adult Daycares (SADCs), which bill Medicaid over $100 million a year, accounting for 14 percent of all daycare spending in the state, a Post investigation reveals.
   When The Post visited some of largest — which are private businesses that have claimed between $20 and 40 million from Medicaid over the last six years — many storefronts were shuttered, and those that were open had empty rooms with no patients.

FBI Warns of Cyberattacks on Municipal Water Systems Across Seven States   NBC News reports that the FBI and the EPA released a joint public service announcement warning water and wastewater utilities nationwide that malicious cyber actors are attempting to disrupt critical water infrastructure. Water utilities in multiple states have reported cybersecurity incidents, the agencies said, and some attacks have degraded water operations. The warning follows a breach in Minnesota, where hackers targeted more than 30 municipal water facilities in an attack.

It is the paradox of our age that anyone can flee Somalia, the West Bank, Puerto Rico, or Uganda and then win the global lottery by being accepted into America’s constitutional society and free-market economy—only to do their best to repay the generosity of their host by turning their new country into something unrecognizable to the prior 10 generations of Americans.
   But then again, America might become quite similar to the mess they abandoned.
   So far, the model holds true: socialist candidates (as opposed to registered socialist activists) hide their communist-adjacent agendas during elections. But once in office and drunk with power, they find socialism too wishy-washy and go full communist. So they destroy borders, institutions, names, dates, statues, norms, customs, and traditions to replicate the illiberalism and concomitant failures of a new Haiti, a West Bank, or a Morocco in the West.
   In sum, to make a new socialist America, you must first destroy everything that made Americans and all that they hold dear.

His mental condition was in question during his entire presidency.  For example, his performance in the 2024 debate against Trump was so poor that Democrats pressured him to withdraw as a candidate for reelection.
   As President, Biden was never given a cognitive test, so there were no results to reveal to the American people, in contrast to Trump, who has released cognitive test results on multiple occasions.
   In fact, Biden’s mental health was deteriorating years before he entered the White House as President. Last week, the 2016 and 2017 recordings with his ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer were finally released to the public. It was the subject of longstanding litigation as Biden tried to prevent the tapes from being made public.

There is much that can be done to improve children’s education in the U.S., beyond curbing the malign influence of teachers’ unions and quashing destructive fads such as “restorative justice.” Most importantly, people with children need to be married, take advantage of school choice programs, or, if possible, homeschool their children. Their children’s future—and ultimately the country’s—depends on it.

The score so far: over a million dead in America from the Covid-19 virus that Dr. Fauci helped develop starting as far back as the 1990s, with Dr. Ralph Baric of the University of North Carolina. Tens of thousands left with serious, lasting injuries from the vaccines they promoted. The exact number of vaccine-connected deaths unknown because the public health agencies refused to report honestly on an operation that they caused to happen. There are whole legions of high officials and doctors behind Dr. Fauci now desperate to cover their asses.

Fauci’s follies — time to toss the ‘science is settled’ groupthink  Systems in which the powerful can steer money to their friends and away from critics tend to do bad science, or no science at all.
   Science is never really “settled,” in other words — and the insistence that it can be was one of the most damaging messages of the COVID years.
   We need to fix NIAID, NIH and other science agencies to make open communication and diversity of ideas easier, and to make it harder for those at the top to build empires and stifle critics.

Aaron Rodgers Goes Live on ESPN and Takes No Prisoners. Anthony Fauci Hardest Hit.  Appearing live on ESPN’s The Pat McAfee Show, Rodgers tore into Anthony Fauci over his most recent testimony before the Senate and just about everything else Fauci has done over the past six years. Rodgers took no prisoners, which made everyone on the ESPN training camp set visibly uncomfortable. As a reminder, Disney owns ESPN and ABC.
