O Lord, you have searched me and known me!

O Lord, you have searched me and known me!
You know when I sit down and when I rise up;
you discern my thoughts from afar.
You search out my path and my lying down
and are acquainted with all my ways.
Even before a word is on my tongue,
behold, O Lord, you know it altogether.
-Psalm 139:1-4

We need never shout across the spaces to an absent God. He is nearer than our own soul, closer than our most secret thoughts.  -A.W. Tozer

The Gospel According to Talarico...James Talarico has a problem with the authority of Scripture  Talarico is the Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate in Texas. On November 3 he faces Ken Paxton, and the polls have him narrowly ahead. He is a Presbyterian seminarian and a former schoolteacher with a preacher's cadence, and he has made his Christian faith the centerpiece of his campaign. That is why this matters beyond Texas. When a man asks for votes in the name of Jesus, it is fair to ask which Jesus he means.
I do not care whether Mr. Talarico is a Democrat or a Republican. Politics is not my quarrel; theology is. What he teaches should be answered from every orthodox pulpit in the land, because it is not the faith once delivered to the saints. It is the faith of the progressive mainline, and we know what that faith does to churches. His own Presbyterian Church (USA) counted more than three million members at its reunion in 1983. Today it has barely a million. Progressive Christianity does not fill churches. It empties them. Image

So, you want to be a Democrat socialist, and try Marx’s failed ideas again? Are you ready to go hungry, maybe to the point of starvation, like those in Soviet Russia and Red China? Are you ready to give up all your rights including your right to private property? If you answered “no” to any of these questions, then you might want to reconsider your decision to be a socialist, communist, or Marxist.  Perhaps you should consider…being a Republican.

And so dismantling the NYPD’s counterterrorism capabilities can only politically benefit Mamdani even as it opens the door for Muslim terrorists to massacre New Yorkers.

USAID’s Legacy: How American Taxpayers Funded Regime Change and Leftist Activism  President Trump’s effort to dismantle USAID’s massive institutional structure represented a major challenge to Washington’s traditional foreign-aid establishment. For supporters of the America First agenda, the agency’s record raised a fundamental question: Why should American taxpayers finance political activism, foreign NGOs, and ideological initiatives overseas?

French journalist Paul Amar stated: “They came prepared. They had the addresses of town halls. They had addresses of Jewish shop owners. In a street in Marseille, all businesses owned by Jews were set on fire. Businesses run by Muslims weren’t.”
One looter succinctly summed up what was really going on when he paused from his labors long enough to tell a chap who was videoing: “We have plundered everything in the name of Allah.”

  • Do Not Resuscitate (“DNR”).
  • Midazolam and morphine.
  • Denied medical care.
  • No GP visits.
  • No ambulance call-outs.
  • No family visits.
  • Residents “detained” to their beds.
This, THIS, is what really killed your loved ones in “care.” It wasn’t a coronavirus that caused these 43,000 deaths (and more, likely up to 100,000 deaths in care). It was our government(s) response to a “coronavirus epidemic” that actually caused their untimely and avoidable deaths.
