There are many legal wrangling going on in the courts these days—one case in particular. We talk with an attorney from the Alliance Defense Fund and get an update on the U.S. Supreme Court case Christian Legal Society v. Martinez in which Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco refused to recognize the group because the it requires its officers and voting members to subscribe to its basic Christian beliefs.
