(LifeSiteNews.com) – Unlike gold and platinum, life does not have value in itself, a member of the House of Lords and a campaigner for assisted suicide said in a televised debate last week. Medical professionals need to change their attitude towards assisted suicide, to take into account the wishes of patients who request to die, said Baroness Mary Warnock, known in Britain as the “philosopher queen” of bioethics.
“There is no moral justification why the opinions of judges, lawyers and doctors should override those of the patient [who has expressed a wish to die],” she said.
“The mission of doctors is to help people, to make their lives better not worse. Sometime death is more desirable than life.” the rest

If Obamacare is completely implemented, doctors will no longer be practicing medicine. They will instead become the drones tasked with deciding who gets the meager healthcare crumbs doled out by the bureaucrats who have the ultimate power over patient life and death. His values are quite the opposite of God's values. God values human life above gold and silver:
I Peter 1:19 - "For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.
Genesis 9:5-6 - "for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each man, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of his fellow man. Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made man."
Psalm 106:38 - "...they poured out innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan,and the land was polluted with blood."
Proverbs 6:16-19 - "There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers."
There are many more Scriptures that reinforce this point.
This man is speaking with the voice of the enemy of our souls, the enemy of God and for the kingdom of death.
May the Lord open his eyes and heart to see the Truth and grant him repentance.
