High-Level Iranian Spy Ring Busted in Washington; Army Corps of Engineers DEI plan; A Haunting Glimpse Inside a Censoring Regime...more

The contents of the emails are damning, showing a group of Iranian American academics being recruited by the Iranian regime, meeting together in foreign countries to receive instructions from top regime officials, and pledging their personal loyalty to the regime. They also show how these operatives used their Iranian heritage and Western academic positions to influence U.S. policy toward Iran, first as outside “experts” and then from high-level U.S. government posts.

Army Corps of Engineers to Solve “Nation’s Toughest Engineering Challenges” Through “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion”...As a former military professional, one of the worst aspects of this plan is the crushing bureaucracy that the Plan creates   So maybe DEI doesn’t guarantee “higher-performing workplaces,” and maybe even more important, how is it fair, not to mention legal, or moral, for the Army Corps of Engineers to promote not the best and brightest person for a job, but one who checks a diversity box? The Plan is silent on that as well.

Three pretty unnerving things have happened within the past week: Target cited crime and safety as reasons for closing another nine locations, a congressman was carjacked at gunpoint, and a Philadelphia-based journalist was murdered in his home.

When one adds the number of crimes committed by Muslim migrants to the number of crimes committed by Muslim citizens, the percentage of criminal acts committed by Muslims in France is closer to 60-70% of the total.

But democracy depends on a free marketplace of ideas. Biden is busy destroying that marketplace. He and his staff have masterminded a vast censorship scheme, coercing media platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to take down views that challenge the administration on everything from vaccine safety and gas prices to Biden family mischief.

On Sept. 11, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals found the Biden White House guilty of threatening and coercing social media executives to do what the federal government is constitutionally barred from doing on its own — censoring the public. The judges ruled that bullying these companies into doing the administration’s dirty work violates the First Amendment just as much as if government muzzles the public directly.

What is Google hiding in its unprecedentedly secret antitrust trial?   Over the past few years, huge tech companies like Google have assumed enormous economic and political power, often working hand-in-glove with unelected bureaucrats to suppress political opposition.
Antitrust law is, at core, about unwarranted power, and the American public deserves to know how those companies got that power and what they’re doing with it.

Repeatedly FFRF takes legal action to gag any religious expression by public employees, regardless of whether they do it at work or on their own personal time. In the past, there might have been some valid arguments or situations where it was inappropriate for a public employee to push his or her religious beliefs, but nowadays organizations like FFRF define any religious activity by such employees, at any time, to be illegal and a violation of the so-called “separation of church and state” claimed by them to be the purpose behind the first amendment, when its real purpose has always been to make sure all citizens will be free to express their opinions and personal religion without government intervention.

Illegal Alien Invasion from Sea to Shining Sea...the Democrat Biden politburo has allowed seven-million-plus illegal aliens to enter the United States of America.  What do Massachusetts and Tennessee have in common? These two unique states each have a current population of 7 million people. Then there’s Arizona, which is slightly larger, with 7.3 million, while Ohio is just a bit smaller, with 6.8 million population.

Keep those state populations in mind every time you hear or read that, since January 2021, the Democrat Biden politburo has allowed seven-million-plus illegal aliens to enter the United States of America. This is a staggering number of people who have been allowed to illegally waltz into the United States, with more invading every day (and these are just the ones in the official count).

You Won’t Believe How Much LGBTQ Content Disney Produced Last Year   In recent years, Disney has faced criticism for its approach to addressing LGBTQ+ themes in its content for children. Long gone are the days when parents could feel confident that Disney would protect the innocence of children, rather than introduce them to concepts of sexuality under the guise of “inclusivity.”  But the problem is apparently much worse than you ever expected.

By GLAAD’s count, Disney released 59 films last year, 24 of which they designated as “LGBTQ inclusive.”

California’s Math Misadventure Is About to Go National   The CMF is meant only to guide local districts, but in practice it influences the choices they make about what and how to teach. Even so, the version ultimately adopted by the State Board of Education is likely to distort math instruction for years to come. Armed with trendy buzzwords and false promises of greater equity, California is promoting an approach to math instruction that’s likely to reduce opportunities for disadvantaged students—in the state and wherever else educators follow the state’s lead.
