"This is one of the most outrageous targetings," Josh Hawley tells FBI Director Chris Wray about the FBI memo on "radical traditional Catholics." "You have just told us you have not fired a single person."   The FBI memo urged agents to probe the supposed nexus between “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists” and “radical-traditional Catholics,” citing the Southern Poverty Law Center and including a list of SPLC-designated “hate groups” for agents to target.

The FBI told The Daily Signal that it was rescinding the memo after FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin published it on UncoverDC.com on Feb. 8. The national FBI office claimed that the memo “does not meet the exacting standards of the FBI” and promised to remove the document from its systems and “conduct a review of the basis for the document,” but it refused to answer further questions about the move.

Former U.S. Ambassador Charged with Spying for Cuba for over 40 Years  Rocha was arrested in Miami on Friday following a lengthy FBI counterintelligence investigation. The former diplomat stands accused of having secretly supported the communist Castro regime’s clandestine intelligence-gathering activities against the United States.

According to the indictment filed by the prosecution on Monday, Rocha began his espionage activity in 1981. The indictment states that Rocha admitted the facts to an undercover FBI agent who posed as a covert Cuban General Directorate of Intelligence representative in several meetings held between 2022 and 2023.

Journalism is dead; the media is absolutely horrible and it can’t die fast enough. Thankfully, it is dying. Each year there are fewer newspapers and news websites out there, as the market speaks and people flee these left-wing propaganda machines and wither on the vine.

Don’t get me wrong, if these outlets did what they’re supposed to do – actually report the news honestly and without bias – I wouldn’t celebrate their demise. But they don’t, so to hell with them.

Elise Stefanik asked the educators if calling for the genocide of Jews violates the code of conduct on their campuses. Not one of the campus leaders could answer the question.

Presidents of the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, and MIT smilingly say that calling for genocide of Jews isn’t necessarily against their code against harassment and bullying on campus. MIT dean Liz Magill suggested it was not a violation unless it led to actual genocide. Wow!

Transgender Activist Threatened to Target Christian Girls in Bathrooms and Rape Them to Death  Jason Lee Willie, a male who says he “identifies” as a female and goes by the name “Alexia Willie,” faces 14 counts of threatening to injure people across state lines. Willie, a resident of Nashville, Illinois, allegedly threatened to rape girls in girls’ restrooms, carry out a mass shooting at schools, and bomb churches. He seems to have taken inspiration from the female who identified as male who slaughtered three adults and three children at Nashville, Tennessee’s Covenant School in March.

After Congress Allocated $7.5 Billion for Electric Vehicle Chargers, Exactly Zero Have Been Built  People will be less inspired to shell out the mountain of money required to purchase EVs if they don’t trust they will have the ability to recharge their cars readily.

There are also hints that plopping down a network of chargers may be more complex than it looks. In the European Union, electric vehicle drivers hoping to top up their batteries at one of 1,600 Spanish charging stations might be disappointed, as nearly half are lying dormant because they have no power connection. This is a problem all across Europe.
