Court Says School Can Secretly 'Social-Transition' 12-Year-Old Student To Opposite Sex 

Another federal court has ruled against a parent’s right to be notified when their child “socially transitions” to the opposite sex in school. Taking its cues from Foote v. Ludlow, a similar First Circuit case we covered here, the Northern District Court of New York held the school’s non-disclosure policy was necessary to promote a “safe” learning environment for all of its students.

    New York mother Jennifer Vitsaxaki sued the Skaneateles Central School District last year, alleging school staff had treated her 12-year-old daughter “Jane” as a boy, referring to her with a new masculine name and new third-person pronouns—all without her parents’ knowledge or consent.

U.K. Court Acquits Christian Preacher Accused of ‘Blaspheming’ Islam  A British court has ruled in favor of a Christian street preacher prosecuted by the police on charges of blaspheming against the Qur’an, Islam, and its founder, Muhammad.

    The judgment is a major setback for the Labour government and its Islamist supporters, who are attempting to implement a “blasphemy law” that would limit criticism of Islam by imposing a wide-ranging and disputed definition of “Islamophobia.”

Reports of the financial struggles and decline in membership among large American denominations have become so commonplace that they often elicit little more than a shrug. But every now and then, a report arises that warrants attention. A recent Religion News Service article gives helpful insight as to why “Protestant denominations are losing members, particularly the Episcopal, Presbyterian, Methodist and other historic mainline groups,” including the Southern Baptist Convention. The inclusion of the SBC is significant because, unlike the other denominations, which “have suffered schisms as they moved in more progressive directions,” the SBC is theologically conservative. The LGBTQ+ movement has a paedophile problem 

Are there paedophiles within the LGBTQ+ movement? Is the Pope a Catholic? The question of whether predators are hiding in plain sight, in a movement graced by an unexplained plus sign, has always struck me as clinically naive. Who do you think the plus sign represents? Stamp collectors? People who own show poodles?

   This question seems especially silly after Stephen Ireland, a major LGBTQ+ activist, founder of Surrey Pride and former head of the UK Pride Network was convicted of numerous counts of child abuse, including the rape of a 12 year old boy. He also exchanged hundreds of messages fantasising about, amongst other things, abducting boys from playgrounds, snipping their vocal cords and castrating them.
