Prayer is something deeper than words...

Prayer is something deeper than words. It is present in the soul before it has been formulated into words. And it abides in the soul after the last words of prayer have passed over our lips.
Prayer is an attitude of our hearts, an attitude of mind. Prayer is a definite attitude of our hearts toward God, an attitude which He in heaven immediately recognizes as prayer, as an appeal to His heart. Whether it takes the form of words or not, does not mean anything to God, only to ourselves.  -O. Hallesby

During the COVID-19 pandemic, countless doctors, nurses, and other providers took to social media to declare they would prioritize or deprioritize care based on vaccination status, a proxy for political affiliation. Some gleefully wished death on the unvaccinated, calling them “selfish” or worse. Others explicitly stated they would deny treatment to Trump supporters, with posts like “Let the MAGA folks die” gaining traction in certain online echo chambers.

    Too many violent Democrats want us dead. Too few authorities will do anything to stop the threat. Be safe. Be vigilant. Be ready.

   All I have to say is that I've heard a lot of Canadians calling Donald Trump "Hitler" over the last year, but it if I recall correctly, killing people who are old or sick against their will was a Nazi Germany thing.

The verse cited suggests that God's judgment will first affect His own people, the church, before it extends to the world. It is not a verse you will ever hear preached from a liberal pulpit. Nobody will ever persecute The Episcopal Church, the Anglican Church of Canada or the Church of England. They don’t believe enough to persecute. Worse, they are being ignored. Furthermore, people are walking away because they have no transcendent message to proclaim to a spiritually threadbare nation.

Tim Walz and Ilhan Omar Are Already Blaming Trump and Border Patrol in the Latest Minneapolis Shooting Rather than wait for any information about the incident to come to light, Gov. Walz and Rep. Omar immediately jumped to social media to cast blame on immigration officers and use the opportunity to advance their political agenda.

AZ Sen. Majority Leader Demands State AG ‘Step Down in Disgrace‘ Over Comments About Shooting ICE   Mayes began the interview by claiming ICE “is very poorly trained” and made clear she does not consider them “real law enforcement.”
   Majority Leader Kavanaugh released a letter in response to Mayes in which he said, in part, “Kris Mayes needs to immediately recant these statements… And given the severity of the danger she has created, she should step down in disgrace. Arizona deserves an Attorney General who defends law enforcement, upholds the rule of law, and understands the consequences of her words. Mayes has proven she is unfit for this office.”

Pictures from the Past are Immensely Radicalizing...A Glimpse of a Different World  Footage and pictures from the past really are something. The people are well-dressed and healthy-looking, not obese and in t-shirts or pajamas. The population is sociable and happy, not a rotten collection of migrants and criminals. Jesus the Holy One is the humble one...

Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.
