For His anger is but for a moment...

For his anger is but for a moment,
and his favor is for a lifetime.

We who live in this nervous age would be wise to meditate on our lives and our days long and often before the face of God and on the edge of eternity. For we are made for eternity as surely as we are made for time, and as responsible moral beings we must deal with both.  -A.W. Tozer

Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey just signed a bill allowing the killing of the unborn right up to the moment of birth. She was surrounded by a group of smiling, ecstatic, clapping and celebrating white women as she did so. Imagine getting so enthused over killing unborn babies at all stages of development.
She even posted this on the social media: “Because in Massachusetts, we believe healthcare decisions should be made between women and their doctors.” Good grief, since when does healthcare involve killing innocent human beings? Screenshot

Archaeologists find possible remains of Church that hosted the First Council of Nicaea  The discoveries also align with the fourth-century historian Eusebius of Caesarea who wrote in his Vita Constantini that the council met in a relatively modest church rather than a monumental basilica. The new foundations and floor surfaces strongly suggest that archaeologists have discovered the structure described in the historical record, said Professor Şahin. Image

The deregulation of the abortion pill has been a disaster  Do-it-yourself abortions lead to viable babies being killed and to women suffering potentially deadly reactions to the pills. Image

What should not remain in doubt is this: America’s pandemic preparedness system failed us at the worst possible moment. Until that failure is honestly acknowledged and fully understood, the nation risks repeating the same mistakes when the next Pandemic inevitably arrives.
