Christian films hit the edge
New film "Thr3e" avoids witnessing and delivers entertainment free of sex, profanity and blood.

News-Leader The beat of the music intensified as Kevin Parson reached out of the window. The row of teenage heads jumped in unison as a hand appeared out of nowhere.
"Thr3e" kept the teens on the edge of their theater seats as the movie's plot twisted and turned. The scare factor was just right, the kids agreed.
Lisa Krieger of Willard took about nine teens to see the psychological thriller, showing at Campbell 16 Cine, because the movie is based on a Christian novel.
The plot: Parson (Marc Blucas) is a seminary student targeted by a psychopathic killer. This "Riddle Killer" wants him to confess his sins. If there is no confession, people will die.
There is little that could be identified as Christian in the movie, but Krieger was satisfied with the lack of sex, profanity or blood, along with a basic "good versus evil" plot. the rest
