Worsening Biden Border Crisis in Arizona; The Religion of Masking; The Deadly Ongoing Crisis for Christians in Nigeria...more

On the other hand, LifeSiteNews pointed out that Islamic terrorism against Christians in Nigeria has been going on for years, and cites Catholic bishop Chikpa Anagbe to say that the Fulani have been “‘systematically’ murdering local populations and occupying their territories. The killings have a motive of religion behind it. The Fulani killers are Muslims and the conquering of territory is paramount to large Muslim populations in Nigeria.”

Though the People granted health powers to the states, those powers are still limited by the People’s ultimate right to life and liberty, including the free exercise of religion without a state-sanctioned religion (The Science) and free speech without intrusions on the speech-producing orifice or physical identity of the speaker.

Masking restrictions are not a “health power” the state governments are permitted to enforce. Masking mandates are not a public health measure the federal government is permitted to sanction. Both impede life and liberty guaranteed to the People by being human and safeguarded by the People through enforcing our Constitution. As such, the People will not comply.

WATCH: Video and Photos of the Worsening Biden Border Crisis in Arizona  CBP encountered an estimated 9,100 illegal aliens in just one day, according to Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin on X (formerly Twitter) on Sept. 13. The magnitude of the Biden border crisis is becoming difficult to comprehend, and too many of these migrants are simply being released since Border Patrol does not have the resources to deal with them. The migrant flood includes tens of thousands of potential terrorists and criminals.

Federal Judge Again Rules DACA 'Substantially Unlawful'  U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen’s ruling reiterated that the Obama-era federal policy is unlawful and should have come from Congress. DACA provides hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants brought to the United States as children with a two-year renewable shield from deportation.

. . . . The nine Republican-led states also asked the court to phase out the program over two years, calling the Biden administration’s revised version “substantively unlawful” for the same reasons as the original Obama-era DACA Memorandum.

"The impact of the rule would be especially hard on a backbone of the nation’s industrial base: the steel industry. The country’s top two steel producing states of Ohio and Indiana are especially reliant on fossil fuels for electric power generation—80 percent in Ohio and 91 percent in Indiana. When the new standards drive up energy costs and undermine the electric grid, steelmakers in the Heartland and throughout the country will suffer. The steel industry has already warned that the “increased costs, along with potential base load generation and grid reliability issues from the premature closure of fossil fuel-fired power plants, will have a dramatic impact on the viability of steel plants in the Unites States.”

Canada was not the first country to legalize medically assisted suicide, but has leapt to the forefront by making plans to legalize euthanizing the mentally ill. Not surprisingly, this development has caused considerable outrage from the disability community but most critics, not knowing much about the inner workings of present-day psychiatry, are unaware of how truly outrageous this plan really is. For we are living at a time when, for a variety of reasons, it may be the treatment of mental patients, rather than their illnesses, that may make them want to die.

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) has released a statement challenging the effectiveness and ethicality of mask mandates for respiratory viruses, including COVID-19. The AAPS argues that not only are these mandates ineffective in stopping the spread of respiratory viruses, but they also pose potential health risks and infringe upon individuals’ rights to informed medical consent.

AAPS is a non-partisan professional association of physicians in all types of practices and specialties across the country, created in 1943.
