In 1984, the Chevron doctrine (deferral) gave powers, that were supposed to reside with Judiciary and the Legislative Branch, to mere government bureaucrats and regulators across all administrative functions. Chevron was the culmination of a century-long effort to increase the power of one person, the president, through bureaucratic (administrative) control.
In 2024, we see that dictatorship ending. Thanks to SCOTUS, particularly Justice Gorsuch. And, giving him his due, thanks to President Trump for nominating his three justices.

Lawsuit: Northwestern Law School Is Biased Against White Men In Faculty Hiring The lawsuit, which was filed in Federal District Court in Chicago, says that the process of hiring professors at American universities has become “a cesspool of corruption and lawlessness.” It says Northwestern has deliberately sidelined white male candidates for faculty positions, giving preference to candidates of other races and gender identities.
Representatives of the law school did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The issue is not that Westerners are rightly identifying Muslims as anti-Semitic (Islamic scriptures explicitly endorse killing Jews). The problem is that Islam is a religion where any critiques, no matter how rational, result in extreme violence.

Last week, Dr. Jessica Rose published an article reviewing the information from clinical trials of CSL Seqirus’ AUDENZ bird flu vaccine which has been approved for use in the USA. There is a 1 in 200 chance of death from the new bird flu injection, she said. That’s “5 times higher than placebo according to [the] clinical trial.”
The trial documents state that “Fatal SAEs [serious adverse events] included 11 (0.5%) AUDENZ recipients and 1 (0.1%) placebo recipients.”
