US Deficit Explodes: Blowout October Deficit Means 2nd Worst Start To US Fiscal Year On Record  It is only fitting that the twilight days of the Biden admin would exhibit more of the same fakeness that defined not only all of the past four years, but certainly the fakeness of that Kamala Harris presidential campaign which had a billion dollars a month ago and ended up in failure, broke and in debt. We are talking, of course, about the relentless debt-funded spree that somehow became synonymous with economic success in the US.
   According to the latest Treasury data released today, in October - the first month of fiscal 2025 - the US spent a massive $584.2 billion, a 24.3% increase from the prior year, and a record government outlay for the month of October. On a trailing 6 month moving average basis, to smooth out outliers months, the spending hit $586 billion, effectively at an all time high with just the record spending spree during covid pushing government spending higher.

Consumers Are Drowning In Debt As Hordes Of Businesses Fail All Over The U.S.   U.S. consumers have piled up the largest mountain of household debt in the history of the world.  If the federal government was not almost 36 trillion dollars in debt, the fact that U.S. households are nearly 18 trillion dollars in debt would be making a lot more headlines.  Sadly, our entire society is absolutely saturated with debt at this point.  Government debt on all levels is spiraling out of control, corporate debt has ballooned to absurd levels, and consumers have been gorging on debt as if there will never be any consequences.  Unfortunately, a time of reckoning has arrived, and it is going to be incredibly painful.

While Full Force markets itself as a means of self-improvement, critics warn that a deeper agenda may lie behind its call to join an “army” in Allah’s name.

Catholic priests in Nicaragua have been prohibited from entering hospitals and cannot offer those who are dying the sacrament of Anointing of the Sick. While there has been no official document recording this prohibition, the news comes thanks to local press outlets and independent journalists reporting to Agenzia Fides.

As Democrats and others assess the fallout from last week’s red bombshell, they’re looking at surprises in the exit polls. Here’s one that shouldn’t be missed: The nation’s Catholic voters split 56 to 41 in favor of Donald Trump. 
   In one way, that endorsement might seem to require explanation. After all, no one’s personal failings have been more exposed to global sunlight than Trump’s; and Catholics as a whole, unlike many evangelical Protestants, weren’t ground-floor MAGA fans. Even so, the fact that a Catholic majority in 2024 signed on to Trump-Vance makes inescapable sense, for at least three reasons. Image
