'Eyes Everywhere': Congress Is About to Vote to Expand Mass Surveillance of Americans; Assaulting Women is the New Feminism...more

'Eyes Everywhere': Congress Is About to Vote to Expand Mass Surveillance of Americans, Experts Warn  The House Intelligence Committee’s FISA “Reform” Bill, known as the FRRA, is set to significantly expand the scope of entities required to assist in FISA 702 surveillance. This expansion is due to a change in the definition of “electronic communication service providers” (ECSPs), potentially implicating a wider range of businesses and individuals in surveillance activities. Critically, the bill could allow the government warrantless access to nearly any communication system in America.
Gotein stated that under the proposed bill, entities with access to communication-transmitting equipment, like Wi-Fi routers in “hotels, libraries, coffee shops,” could be “forced to serve as surrogate spies.” She stated that this is not a theoretical concern but a significant issue, as even FISA Court amici have publicly cautioned against this provision.

Recent Chinese Cyberattacks Aim To Cause ‘Societal Chaos’ In U.S.: Report  Hackers affiliated with China’s military have reportedly tapped into dozens of critical U.S. systems over the past year to test its capacity to create chaos in American life, according to U.S. and security industry officials.

The hacks appeared to be made with an intention toward some future action rather than disrupting systems in the moment and suggest that the People’s Liberation Army of China is testing its and the United States’ capabilities in case hostilities break out over Taiwan, experts told The Washington Post.

Assaulting Women is the New Feminism...Feminism became complicit in violence against women long before Oct 7.  The feminist movement let down Israeli women, American women, European women and most women. It exists now to campaign for abortion, the hijab, men entering the ladies room and the moral superiority of people from cultures where women have no rights and no freedoms.

Assaulting women is the new feminism. The real feminists are the brave and stunning men in dresses and Islamic rapists and groomers. Feminism is Hamas terrorists breaking into Israel. It’s Steve spiking a ball into a teenage girl’s face. It’s calling women “bleeders”.

You’ve come a long way, baby.

Not only was there no remorse shown by any of the defendants, but the whole business seemed to bore them. One was even seen nodding off during the trial. Knowing how lenient German courts have been with migrant criminals, they may well have believed that they would be given very light sentences — and they were right.

Illegal Alien Nabbed For the Murder of 16-Year-Old Texas Cheerleader The cops said they identified Romero as a suspect based on security footage, which showed a man in a black Volcom hoodie and a “distinctive tattoo.”

The New York Post said local court documents show a man by that name, presumably the same person, “was also on probation after being arrested by Schulenburg police for an unspecified second-degree felony.”

Lawsuits Against Trump Are So Transparently Political They're Backfiring Badly With Democrats  The polling organization asked two questions. The first question is, “To what extent do you agree or disagree with the statement: The Democratic Party is using the law to try to prevent Trump from running in the 2024 election.” Secondly, it asked those leaning Republican, "How likely are you to vote for Donald Trump in the Republican presidential primary if he is convicted of any crimes?”
To the first question, 80% of Republicans and a slight majority of independents agreed that the lawsuits are an obvious attempt to keep Trump out of office, or, put another way, tampering with an election. Nearly 50% of Democrats agreed. A plurality, 49%, believe that the lawsuits are an attempt to kill off Trump's candidacy. Taken together, fully 60% of Americans believe the lawsuits are an empty political ploy.
