Pope defends Vatican guidance on same-sex couples...

The pontiff elaborated on the reasoning behind the declaration, which received backlash from conservative Catholics who viewed the document as contradictory to church teaching on sexuality. It also received praise from LGBT-affirming Catholics who view it as a "step forward."

"The intention of 'pastoral and spontaneous blessings' is to tangibly demonstrate the closeness of the Lord and of the Church to all those who, finding themselves in various situations, ask for help to continue — sometimes to begin — a journey of faith," said Francis.

Former intelligence chief predicts Europe's 'submission' to Islam Along with imposing migration, European politicians have taken other measures to help establish and empower Islam in Europe, to the detriment of the natives. Thus, free speech is all but gone in Ireland, after the Irish rose in anger following yet another unprovoked assault by a Muslim (the stabbing of three small children and their caretaker). And in Denmark, which long welcomed the mockery of Christianity under the guise of “freedom of expression,” mockery of Islam is now strictly forbidden.

Unchecked migration is only possible because nihilistic Europeans have no motivation to halt the transformation of their continent or eject their traitorous leaders...

MIT Parents Press School To Address 'Threatening' Anti-Israel Disruptions   In a letter sent to MIT president Sally Kornbluth and other top officials, the parents expressed "serious concern about the spring 2024 semester," citing anti-Israel student groups' "threatening acts" and vows to escalate their demonstrations. One such group, MIT Coalition Against Apartheid, is threatening to shut down "business as usual at MIT until Palestine is free," rhetoric that reflects the need for MIT to "strictly" enforce its harassment and bullying policies and "restore a serious and respectful learning environment," according to the parents.

"Last fall, our children came to campus expecting an atmosphere of learning and instead were subjected to frequent protests and disruptions," the parents wrote. "This cannot continue. Our students deserve an atmosphere conducive to learning and growth, and it is the responsibility of the administration to provide it."
